Delivery Time

  • Orders within Uttarkashi are typically delivered within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather conditions, local events, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Customers will receive updates regarding their order status whenever applicable.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products purchased from Kashi Culture.

Size Exchange

If the size of the product does not fit, customers may request a size exchange under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exchange is subject to size availability.

 

One-Time Exchange Only

  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.
  • Once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again, returned, or refunded.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Customized or personalized products.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of the product. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
